racing started, a group of four runners separated themselves from
the field (Emily Lipari, Meaghan Gregory, Mary Kate
Champagne and Suejin Ahn) ... winner Emily
Lipari (Roslyn) was very impressive over the final lap ...
Meaghan Gregory (Burnt Hills) has had an excellent track season
and should be a real force next fall in cross country ... Mary
Kate Champagne (Seton Catholic) continues to improve and once
again lowered the Section 7 record for 3000m ... Suejin Ahn
(Ward Melville) has also shown real nce improvement during track. |
