The following notice was sent to TullyRunners by one of the Regional Empire State Games officials:

All Track and Field Athletes   (open, schlostic, men, and women)  trying out for 
 
 Empire State Games,  MUST   Pre-Register for the Regional Trials.  The athletes
 
 need to register for each event they are going to try-out in (EX. 100,200, long jump)
 
 Also all athletes under the age of 18 years old MUST have have a permission
 

 form signed by their parents before they can try-out.

Registration for the Empire State Games is on-line this year.    It has not been widely published.
