At the start of the 3000m Run ... all classes (A-1, A-2, BCD) were combined into a single race

3000m Run ... approaching 600m ... eventual winner Ashley Hughes (Phoenix) leads Kerry Banazek (West Gen) and Janet Walsh (Bville) ... Hughes led from start to finish ... she had a 5 second lead over Banazek at the 1600m mark and won handily ... Ashley had a very good night as she finished 2nd in the 1500m and ran a 2:26 800m leg in the 4x800 relay.
